Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kavryn's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kavryn provides cloud security posture management (CSPM) services that scan your cloud infrastructure for security misconfigurations, prioritize risks, and provide actionable remediation guidance.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

4. Cloud Account Access

By connecting your cloud account (such as AWS), you grant Kavryn read-only access to scan your cloud resources. You are responsible for ensuring that the access role you create follows the principle of least privilege and only grants permissions necessary for the service to function.

Kavryn does not modify, delete, or deploy any resources within your cloud environment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Scan cloud resources you do not own or are not authorized to access

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime and will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kavryn provides security findings and recommendations but does not guarantee complete security. You remain responsible for the security of your cloud infrastructure. All remediation actions are performed at your discretion.

8. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Kavryn reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kavryn operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
